What Makes Web Branding Effective?
There are several philosophies behind the idea of developing effective Web branding. Of course, the multitude of varying ideas means that some work better than others. One such idea is to make a logo and then put it everywhere and use it in all your advertising. Effectiveness with this idea is through the number of viewings or impressions seen that gives strength to the brand.
Another popular view is that to create an emotional experience which naturally occurs when your brand is seen. Unfortunately, this view is understood more clearly by the younger generation than by the makers of some company brands.
The value of the idea can be clearly seen in restaurant commercials or ads. Somewhere in it there will be a Coke® – either as a sign or as part of the decor. By using this simple device, the advertiser creates a pleasant and happy association between their advertised place and the feeling generated by Coke® – and it works very effectively.
Baytech Webs’ strategy for establishing corporate identity goes way beyond that of a mere slogan. A more powerful branding tool can be created by causing an emotional connection with your brand. This seems to be understood by individuals on personal Websites more than it is by many companies.
Baytech Webs would like to help you develop a more powerful brand identity for your company. We have enabled companies of all sizes to use this principle and it has worked dynamically for them. Isn’t it time your corporate identity said much more about you?

I understand that quality design and web branding requires the creation of a strong positive experience. How can you be sure that people will become attached to your brand identity? your products? your services? I’m curious, please explain.

When brand recognition is done right, people will return and become loyal to it. A company needs to ensure that effective branding strategies are used to guarantee their own longevity – or they will quickly become has-beens. From my experience working at one of the top marketing firm, I can see the value of branding. Having the right branding strategy encompassed with overall marketing approach can really help your company to position itself, gain recognition and achieve market success. Thank you Baytech for the blogs. Keep it coming!

A lot of branding that I see completely misses the idea of creating an experience for the viewer. When I think about it, the most powerful branding I’ve seen does move me in some way emotionally. And when it does that, I know that a Web branding expert did the job. I’m relatively happy with the agency we contract to, but isn’t sure of the ROI. We are in the process of rebranding our business to stay innovative in these tough economic times. Our company was fortunate enough to raise series B round last quarter, thus having a descent budget for branding related projects. What do you charge to assess our existing brand strategy? What are some of the cost involved if we decide to restructure our web design and development? Would you recommend branding as one component or more feasible as a package deal?
